As a Recruiting Associate, you are expected to be a subject matter expert of full cycle recruitment in the designated industry or job function(s).
- Bachelors degree
- A minimum of one to three years of professional service or recruiting experience
- Superb organizational and time management skills; strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-tasking and excels in the fast-paced professional service environment
- Highly motivated, ambitious and possesses tremendous curiosity of the search industry
Director of Client Delivery
As a Director of Client Delivery, you are responsible for delivering complete search projects and managing the search projects from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of five years of recruiting or executive search experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in client development, retention and full cycle management
- Superb organizational and communication skills
- Trusted adviser and coach to the internal recruiting and account executive teams
Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will be client-facing and the driving force of developing clients as well as partnering with the recruiting associate team.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three to five years of professional service or recruiting or other revenant experience is required
- Strong ability to utilize internal and external resources to accomplish business goals through client acquisition
- Superb organizational and communication skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious and collaborative
Director of Recruiting Operations
As a Director of Recuriting Operations, the person provides leadership and oversight in other functions that support and add value to the recruitment business.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three to five years of professional service or sales operation experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in recruitment or operations in a client-driven environment
- A problem solver and enabler
- Strategic thinker and hands-on doer
- Great attention to detail
